I saw the news the other night about the OFW or Overseas Filipino Worker coming home from Taiwan because the electronic factory that they were working for closed down and they do not have a choice but to come home empty handed and they have to pay for their own plane ticket. It is so hard to see that the economic around the world keeps getting worst. I hope it would be better these coming days in time for the Christmas season for the family to be able to celebrate. Anyway, the government is offering some training for the OFW so they can move on and have a better job in the future. I think it would be best is they would take up a medical assistant course, in just few months they would have their certificates and they could apply even abroad, being a medical assistants gives them more opportunities and have a better salary so they can help their family because most of them are bread winners. I think the government should provide them with good medical assistant schools for the Filipinos who lost their jobs so they can move on with their life and support their families.

When I was a kid, I had a cancer. Though it was not really severe and now my cancer has gone but I really remember my torture. Due to my experience in the past, I really want to be a medical assistant and give something back to the medical community.
